    Biological Activity of Novel Strobilurin Compound ZJ1621

    • 摘要: 对由国家南方农药创制中心浙江基地合成的甲氧基丙烯酸酯类新化合物ZJ1621(2- -3-甲氧基丙烯酸甲酯)进行了温室杀菌活性及田间防效的研究。温室及田间药效试验结果表明:在100 mg/L 剂量下,该化合物能有效防治小麦白粉病、黄瓜白粉病、黄瓜霜霉病等多种植物病害,防效在80%以上。该化合物在植株叶片之间不具有内吸传导性,但持效期可达14 d 以上,在25~200 mg/L剂量范围内对试验作物安全。

       

      Abstract: The antifungal activities of a novel strobilurin compound ZJ1621 (2- -3-methoxyacrylate) were evaluated. The results from both greenhouse tests and field trials showed that 100 mg/L of ZJ1621 exhibited high antifungal activity against Blumeria graminis f.sp.tritici,Sphoaerotheca fuliginea,and Pseudoperonospora cubensis with the efficacies greater than 80%.The compound did not show systemic translocation in leaves of cucumber,but its duration was more than two weeks.Greenhouse tests and field trials indicated that the ZJ1621 did not show any phytotoxicity to crops tested at 50~200 mg/L.
