    哒螨灵在苹果上的残留量检测与消解动态

    Degradation Dynamics and Final Residues of Pyridaben in Apples

    • 摘要: 研究了哒螨灵在苹果上的残留分析方法及其在苹果中的消解动态和最终残留量。哒螨灵经乙酸乙酯-丙酮(1∶ 1,体积比)提取后,用弗罗里硅土净化、浓缩、定容,用带ECD检测器的气相色谱仪测定。哒螨灵的最小检出量为1.0×10-11 g ,最低检出浓度为0.02 mg/kg,回收率在83.6% ~104.1%之间,变异系数为3.0% ~4.3%。2006年在山东两地的田间残留试验结果表明,哒螨灵在莱州和五莲苹果中的消解半衰期分别为4.1和3.8 d,最终残留量分别为0.059和0.040 mg/kg。

       

      Abstract: The residue analysis method of pyridaben and its degradation dynamics and final residues in apples were studied. The pyridaben in apples were extracted by ether acetate and acetone(1∶ 1,V∶ V),and then purified by Florisil and concentrated,finally determined by GC with ECD-detector. The results showed that the limit of detection was estimated to be 1.0×10-11 g,the limit of quantification of pyridaben in apples was 0.02 mg/kg,the recoveries ranged from 83.6%~104.1% with a coefficient variation between 3.0%~4.3%,According to the investigation of the degradation dynamics and final residues in apples in two different areas of shandong province in 2006,the half life of pyridaben in apples was 4.1 days and 3.8 days,the final residues of pyridaben in apples was 0.059 and 0.040 mg/kg.
