    • 摘要: 综述了迄今为止文献报道的楝酰胺(rocaglamide, 1 )的全合成方法,并对每一方法反应过程中的立体化学问题作了全面分析。

       

      Abstract: The advance on total synthesis of rocaglamide,a natural anticancer and insecticidal agent,was reviewed with eighteen references.The stereochemical characteristics of every synthetic pathway were also discussed in detail.
