    2-溴代呋喃基或噻吩基-1,3-二噻烷衍生物的合成及杀虫活性

    • 摘要: 为寻找新的环境友好型杀虫剂,用溴代呋喃甲醛和溴代噻吩甲醛分别与2-取代1,3-丙二硫醇缩合,合成了16个未见文献报道的2-溴代呋喃基或噻吩基-1,3-二噻烷衍生物。其化学结构均通过1H NMR和元素分析或质谱的确认。初步的生物活性测试结果表明,该类化合物对桃蚜Myzus persicae表现出一定的杀虫活性,其中化合物 M11 在600 μg/mL下对桃蚜的校正死亡率为90%。

       

      Abstract: In order to discover novel environmental friendly insecticide,sixteen novel 2-(brominated furanyl or thiophenyl)-1,3-dithiane derivatives were synthesized via condensation of brominated furaldehyde or thiophenecarboxaldehyde and 2-substituted-1,3-propanedithiol,and their structures were confirmed with 1H NMR,elemental analysis or mass spectrum.The preliminary bioassay showed that all novel compounds have certain insecticidal activity at 600 μg/mL,and the lethality of compound M11 against Myzus persicae reaches 90%.
