    甘氨酰肼二酰基衍生物的合成与生物活性研究

    Synthesis and Bioactivity Research of Glycine Hydrazides Derivatives

    • 摘要: 在室温及DCC(N,N-二环己基碳二亚胺)存在下合成了18个未见文献报道的甘氨酰肼二酰基衍生物。其结构经IR、1H NMR、MS和元素分析确证。初步的生物活性测试结果表明,所合成的化合物对油菜Brassica juncea和稗草Echinochloa crusgalli均有一定的抑制作用。初步讨论了其结构与除草活性的关系。

       

      Abstract: Eighteen new hydrazides derivatives of glycine hydrazides diacyl derivatives were prepared with the presence of DCC(N,N-dicyclohexylcarbodiimide) at room temperature.Their structures were confirmed by IR,1H NMR,MS and elemental analysis.The preliminary bioassay showed that all of them possessed some extent herbicidal activity against Brassica jnucea and Echinochloa crusgalli,and the structure-activity relationship was discussed.
