    α-苄基环十二酮肟酯的合成及其除草活性

    The Synthesis and Herbicidal Activity of α-Benzylcyclododecanone Oxime Esters

    • 摘要: 以环十二酮为原料,经过α-取代反应生成中间体α-苄基环十二酮,再与羟胺作用成肟,再经酯化反应合成了22个未见文献报道的α-苄基环十二酮肟酯衍生物,其化学结构经1H NMR、IR和元素分析确证。初步生物活性测定结果显示,部分化合物具有一定的除草活性,如 BWZ15 在浓度为100和1 mg/L时对马唐Digitaria sanguinalis的抑制率分别为72.70%和54.98%,对苘麻Abutilon theophrasti的抑制率分别为85.04%和81.91%。毒力测定结果显示, BWZ15 对马唐的IC50值和苘麻的IC90值分别为0.49和1.90 mg/L。

       

      Abstract: Twenty-two novel compounds of α-benzylcyclododecanone oxime esters were synthesized by the acylation of α-benzylcyclododecanone oxime.Their structures were confirmed by 1H NMR,IR spectral data and elemental analysis.The preliminary bioassay results showed that BWZ15 had inhibition rate 72.70% and 54.98% against Digitaria sanguinalis and 85.04% and 81.91% against Abutilon theophrasti at the concentration of 100 and 1 mg/L,the IC50 value for D.sanguinalis and IC90 value for A.theophrasti of BWZ15 were 0.49 and 1.90 mg/L,respectively.
