辣椒碱对小菜蛾体内谷胱甘肽S-转移酶和Na+ -K+ -ATP酶活性的影响

摘要: 采用常规生化方法测定了辣椒碱对小菜蛾体内谷胱甘肽S-转移酶和Na+ -K+ -ATP酶活性的影响。结果表明,经不同浓度辣椒碱处理12 h后,小菜蛾体内谷胱甘肽S-转移酶活力均显著低于空白对照,在100.56~141.53 μmol ·L-1 ·mg-1Pro ·min-1 之间;而Na+ -K+ -ATP酶活力均显著高于空白对照,在12.43~20.36 μmol ·mg-1Pro ·min-1之间。说明辣椒碱能抑制小菜蛾体内谷胱甘肽S-转移酶的活性,而对Na+ -K+ -ATP酶活性则表现为促进作用。Abstract: The effects of capsaicin on glutathione S-transferase and Na+ -K+ -ATPase of Plutella xylostella (L.) were tested with conventional methods in laboratory.The results showed that compared with the negative control,the activity of glutathione S-transferase decreased significantly after treatment for 12 hours by capsaicin at different concentrations,which ranged from 100.56 to 141.53 μmol ·L-1·mg-1Pro ·min-1.However,the activity of Na+ -K+ -ATPase increased significantly after the same treatment,which ranged from 12.43 to 20.36 μmol ·mg-1Pro ·min-1.It suggested that capsaicin can inhibit the activity of glutathione S-transferase and activate the activity of Na+ -K+ -ATPase.
