    虫螨腈对斜纹夜蛾细胞的毒力及对线粒体膜电位的影响

    Effect of Chlorfenapyr on Mitochondrial Membrane Potential andits Cytotoxicity against Spodoptera litura Cells

    • 摘要: 以MTT法测定了虫螨腈等杀虫剂对斜纹夜蛾(Spodoptera litura,SL)细胞的毒力,并用流式细胞仪测定了虫螨腈对SL细胞线粒体膜电位的影响。结果表明: 100 μg/mL的氟虫腈、丁醚脲、虫螨腈处理SL细胞24 h后,对细胞增殖的抑制率依次为14.57%、22.91%、 52.53%;虫螨腈对SL细胞24和48 h的IC50值分别为57.56和2.60 μg/mL;50、100、200 μg/mL虫螨腈处理细胞24 h后,与对照相比,SL细胞线粒体膜电位分别降低46.87%、57.17%、73.31%,其下降值与药剂浓度呈正相关。

       

      Abstract: The cytotoxicity of chlorfenapyr and some other insecticides against Spodoptera litura(SL) cells were evaluated by MTT method,and the mitochondrial membrane potential was detected by flow cytometry.The results showed that the viability of SL cells treated by fipronil,diafenthiuron and chlorfenapyr in 100 μg/mL at 24 h is 14.57%,22.91%,52.53%,respectively.The IC50 values of chlorfenapyr at 24 h and 48 h after treatment were 57.56 μg/mL and 2.60 μg/mL,respectively.Compared with the control,mitochondrial membrane potential of SL cells treated by chlorfenapyr in 50 μg/mL,100 μg/mL and 200 μg/mL decreased 46.87%,57.17% and 73.31% for 24 h and the decrease of mitochondrial membrane potential is positively related to the concentration of chlorfenapyr.
