新型含哒嗪酮环酰肼类化合物的合成和生物活性研究

摘要: 哒嗪酮杂环是具有良好生物活性的重要结构片段,在前期研究基础之上,在3(2H)-哒嗪酮的5位上引入酰肼活性基团,设计合成了13个未见文献报道的含哒嗪酮环酰肼类化合物,所有化合物结构均通过1H NMR、IR、元素分析确证。初步生物活性测试结果表明,部分化合物对蚜虫Aphis fabae具有一定的杀虫活性,其中 7d 在500 mg/L普筛浓度时,蚜虫死亡率达73.9%,但对粘虫Mythimna separata和红蜘蛛Tetranchus urticae的生物活性不明显。 关键词; 哒嗪酮;酰肼;合成;生物活性Abstract: Pyridazinone heterocyclic compounds have been exhibited good biological activity.Based on primary research,13 novel 5-acylhydrazino-3(2H)-pyridazinone compounds were designed by linking acylhydrazine with 3(2H)-pyridazinone and synthesized.All the compounds were confirmed by 1H NMR,IR and elemental analysis.The preliminary bioassay results indicated that some of the title compounds showed insecticidal activity against Aphis fabae to which the lethal rate of compound 7d was 73.9% at 500 mg/L.However,the insecticidal activity against Mythimna separata or Tetranchus urticae was not obvious.
