    新型含哒嗪酮环酰肼类化合物的合成和生物活性研究

    Synthesis and Biological Activity of 5-Acylhydrazino-3(2H)-pyridazinone

    • 摘要: 哒嗪酮杂环是具有良好生物活性的重要结构片段,在前期研究基础之上,在3(2H)-哒嗪酮的5位上引入酰肼活性基团,设计合成了13个未见文献报道的含哒嗪酮环酰肼类化合物,所有化合物结构均通过1H NMR、IR、元素分析确证。初步生物活性测试结果表明,部分化合物对蚜虫Aphis fabae具有一定的杀虫活性,其中 7d 在500 mg/L普筛浓度时,蚜虫死亡率达73.9%,但对粘虫Mythimna separata和红蜘蛛Tetranchus urticae的生物活性不明显。 关键词; 哒嗪酮;酰肼;合成;生物活性

       

      Abstract: Pyridazinone heterocyclic compounds have been exhibited good biological activity.Based on primary research,13 novel 5-acylhydrazino-3(2H)-pyridazinone compounds were designed by linking acylhydrazine with 3(2H)-pyridazinone and synthesized.All the compounds were confirmed by 1H NMR,IR and elemental analysis.The preliminary bioassay results indicated that some of the title compounds showed insecticidal activity against Aphis fabae to which the lethal rate of compound 7d was 73.9% at 500 mg/L.However,the insecticidal activity against Mythimna separata or Tetranchus urticae was not obvious.
