    N-苯基氨基邻苯二甲酰亚胺衍生物的合成及初步杀虫活性

    Synthesis and Preliminary Bioassay of N-Phenylaminophthalimide Derivatives

    • 摘要: 为寻找新型环境友好型杀虫剂,用取代苯酐与取代苯肼在冰乙酸中缩合,合成了11个未见杀虫活性报道的N-苯基氨基邻苯二甲酰亚胺衍生物,其中7个是新化合物。所有化合物结构均通过核磁共振氢谱及液质联机(LC-MSD)确认,并利用X-ray单晶衍射确认了 A02 的晶体结构。初步的杀虫活性测试结果表明,大部分化合物对小菜蛾具有一定的杀虫活性,其中化合物 A06 在600 g/mL下96 h的致死率达到84%。

       

      Abstract: In order to discover novel environmental friendly insecticide,11 no insecticidal activity reported N-phenylaminophthalimide derivatives were synthesized through condensation reaction of substituted phthalic anhydride and substituted phenylhydrazine in glacial acetic acid,and 7 among them were new compounds.The structures of all compounds were confirmed with 1H NMR & LC-MSD,and the crystal structure of A02 was characterized by X-ray crystal diffraction method.The preliminary bioassay showed that some compounds had certain insecticidal activity against Plutella xylostella Linnaeus at 600 μg/mL,and the lethal rate of compound A06 was 84% after 96 hours.
