    Synthesis and Fungicidal Activity of4-Alkyloxyiminohexanolactone Derivatives

    • 摘要: 以1,4-环己二酮为原料,经氧化扩环,再与烃氧胺盐酸盐反应合成了10个未见文献报道的4-烃氧亚氨基己内酯( 6 ),其结构经1H NMR、元素分析或MS确证。初步的杀菌活性测定表明,部分目标化合物在50 μg/mL下对供试5种病原菌的生长有一定的抑制作用。

       

      Abstract: Ten novel 4-alkyloxyiminohexanolactone derivatives were synthesized from cyclohexane-1,4-dione and their structures were confirmed by 1H NMR and elemental analysis or MS.Preliminary bioassay showed some of them exhibit certain fungicidal activity against five fungi tested.
