    天然化合物丁香酚对灰葡萄孢菌丝脂质过氧化和膜损伤的影响

    Lipid Peroxidation and Membrane Disruption by Natural Compound Eugenol in Mycelia of Botrytis cinerea

    • 摘要: 研究了天然化合物丁香酚对灰葡萄孢菌丝细胞膜的影响。结果表明,丁香酚可以作用于真菌的膜系统,诱导菌丝膜脂质过氧化,使膜受到损伤,透性改变,丙二醛(MDA)流出细胞。进一步研究发现,丁香酚处理使得菌丝内过氧化氢含量逐渐升高;菌丝内钙离子浓度先升高,30 min后逐渐下降,这可能是由于细胞膜破损导致钙离子外流的缘故。同时,通过DNA梯状条带的检测,初步表明丁香酚不能诱导灰葡萄孢菌丝细胞凋亡。

       

      Abstract: Effect of eugenol on mycelial membrane of Botrytis cinerea was studied.The results showed that eugenol could cause damage to cytoplastmic membrane including induction of lipid peroxidation and membrane disruption,alteration of membrane permeability and leach out of MDA.Further study showed that the content of H2O2 in mycelia increased after treatment with eugenol,and a remarkable increase of the concentration of Ca2+ in mycelia within 30 min and thereafter decrease was observed.It was speculated that the efflux of Ca2+ was attributed to the damage of cytoplastmic membrane.Meanwhile,the result of DNA electrophoresis suggested that eugenol may not induce apoptosis of cell of B.cinerea.
