    Acute and Joint Toxicity of Two Organosilicon Surfactantswith Three Pesticides to Brachydanio rerio

    • 摘要: 为评价新型有机硅表面活性剂对水生生物的影响,采用"半静态法"分别研究了乙氧基改性三硅氧烷(捷润,JIERUN)和硅氧烷化合物(好湿,High-Speed)与3种农药对斑马鱼的急性毒性与联合毒性。结果表明:"捷润"和"好湿"对斑马鱼的LC50值(96 h)分别为有效成分5.90和17.4 mg/L,分别属于中毒和低毒。"捷润"与氟虫腈、茚虫威和乙酰甲胺磷混用后对斑马鱼的共毒系数分别为139.52、107.24和165.65,其联合毒性效果分别为增毒、相加和增毒;"好湿"与氟虫腈、茚虫威和乙酰甲胺磷混用后对斑马鱼的共毒系数分别为111.36、48.26和80.08,其联合毒性效果分别为相加、拮抗和相加。

       

      Abstract: In order to assess the effect of organosilicon surfactant on aquatic organisms,the acute and joint toxicity of ethoxy modified trisiloxane (JIERUN) and siloxane compound (High-Speed) with three pesticides were studied using zebrafish (Brachydanio rerio) as test organism by semi-static method.The results showed that "JIERUN" and "High-Speed" were middle and low toxicity to zebrafish,respectively.The Co-Toxicity Coefficient (CTC) of "JIERUN" with fipronil,indoxacarb and acephate to zebrafish was 139.52,107.24 and 165.65,respectively,so the joint action was synergistic,additive and synergistic,respectively.The CTC of "High-Speed" with fipronil,indoxacarb and acephate to zebrafish was 111.36, 48.26 and 80.08 respectively,so the joint action was additive,antagonistic and additive,respectively.
