    二异丙基磷酸酯类化合物的合成及杀螺活性

    Synthesis and Molluscicidal Activity of Diisopropyl Phosphates

    • 摘要: 为了寻找新的高效、低毒灭螺药,以取代苯乙腈为原料,经成肟、磷酰化等反应,制得9个新的二异丙基磷酸酯类化合物( 3a ~3i ),其结构经元素分析、IR、1H NMR和MS确证。初步杀螺 活 性筛选结果表明,化合物 3b 和 3h 具有显著的杀螺活性,其半致死浓度LC50值分别为 0.50 mg/L 和0.35 mg/L。

       

      Abstract: In order to search for novel more effective and less toxic molluscicides,nine new diisopropyl phosphates ( 3a-3i ) were synthesized from substituted phenylacetonitriles by oximation and phosphorylation.The new compounds were confirmed by elemental analyses,IR,1H NMR and MS.Preliminary biological screening showed that compounds 3b and 3h appeared to have significant molluscicidal activity against Oncomelanis hwpensis snails.The LC50 value of the compounds 3b and 3h against snails were 0.50 mg/L and 0.35 mg/L,respectively.
