    土壤中十八烷基三甲基氯化铵的残留分析

    Residue Analysis of Octadecyltrimethylammonium Chloride in Soil

    • 摘要: 十八烷基三甲基氯化铵是杀螨剂绿清灵的有效成分。通过实验建立了土壤中十八烷基三甲基氯化铵残留测定的间接光度色谱方法。确定了最优分析条件:ODS柱,流动相为甲醇-水(含2.5 mmol/L 的对氨基苯磺酸)=25∶ 75(体积比),流量0.3 mL/min,温度38 ℃,检测波长294 nm。该方法检测限(LOD)为1.968×10-9 g,线性相关系数为0.998 9,满足残留检测要求。残留分析结果表明:按推荐使用质量浓度66.7 mg/L施药时,残留量在 LOD~4.157 mg/kg之间。施用30 d后在土壤中无检出,不会造成在土壤中的累积性残留。

       

      Abstract: Octadecyltrimethylammonium chloride (OTAC) is the active ingredient of Lüqingling,mainly used as orange miticide.The indirect photometric chromatographic method for determination of OTAC was established.And the chromatography condition was optimized:ODS column,water (with 2.5 mmol/L SAA)=25∶ 75 as mobile phase,flow rate at 0.3 mL/min,column temperature at 38 ℃ and the detection wavelength at 294 nm. The detection limit was 1.968×10-9 g and the linear correlation coefficient was 0.998 9. According to the recommended concentration of 66.7 mg/L,the residual amount was from LOD to 4.157 mg/kg. Thirty days after the application,no residue was detected in the soil.
