    • 摘要: 鞘糖脂(Glycosphingolipids, GSLs)是一类以神经酰胺为母体,由神经酰胺的1-位羟基被糖基化而成的糖苷化合物,参与细胞膜脂筏的构成,影响脂筏结构致密,保证细胞膜结构的稳定性和强度,同时GSLs还参与细胞膜上信号转导,启动信号传递。GSLs作为苏云金芽孢杆菌(Bacillus thuringiensis, Bt)杀虫晶体蛋白受体之一,影响靶标生物对Bt毒素的敏感性。GSLs首先通过特异糖基结构被Bt毒素识别,然后引导毒素插入靶标生物细胞膜,导致靶标生物中肠穿孔,最终死亡。综述了GSLs的分类及其在生物体内的分布与功能、GSLs结构的分析方法、GSLs与Bt毒素的关系以及参与GSLs合成的相关糖基转移酶等相关研究进展。

       

      Abstract: Glycosphingolipid(GSLs) is a class of glucoside compounds, taking ceramide as maternal structure and being glycosylated on 1-hydroxyl group of ceramide. As compounds of lipid rafts ,GSLs ensure the stability and strength of the membrane structure, and involved in the signal transduction of cell membrane and activate signal transmission. As one of the receptors of Bacillus thuringiensis(Bt) crystal proteins in invertebrates, GSLs impact the sensitivity of target organisms to Bt toxins. GSLs are firstly identified by Bt toxins through glycosylation-specific structure, then they guide the Bt toxins inserting into the cell membrane, resulting in perforation of midgut in the target organism and finally the organism die. The classification, distribution and function of GSLs in organisms, the analysis methods of the structure of GSLs, the relationship between GSLs and Bt toxins, the glycosyltransferases involving in synthesis of GSLs were reviewed.
