    β- 环糊精及其衍生物与毒死蜱包合物的制备及表征

    Preparation and characterization of inclusion complex of β- cyclodextrin and its derivative with chlorpyrifos

    • 摘要: 为进一步探索环糊精(Cyclodextrins,CDs)在农药高效利用、环境保护等领域应用的可行性,根据相转移作用原理,采用共沉淀法,经过滤、干燥制备出毒死蜱与 β -环糊精( β- CD)、羟丙基- β- 环糊精(HP- β- CD)、甲基- β- 环糊精(Me- β- CD)的固体包合物。分别采用紫外光谱法、差示热分析和红外光谱法对包合中间产物、3种液态及固态包合物进行物相鉴别。结果显示:该体系内形成了包合比(摩尔比)为1∶ 1的包合物,且包合常数大小依次为K β- CD = 33.33 L/mol、KHP- β- CD = 343.80 L/mol和KMe- β- CD =461.63 L/mol;获得的包合物均显示出不同于毒死蜱的光谱特征。室内药效试验结果显示,包合物毒死蜱- β- CD、毒死蜱-Me- β- CD和毒死蜱-HP- β- CD对花生大田蛴螬Holotrichia parallela Motschulsky的致死中浓度依次为16.09、 10.78 和12.28 μ g/mL,杀虫性能优于毒死蜱原药。表明 β- CD、HP- β- CD 和Me- β- CD与毒死蜱均可形成稳定包合物,且所得包合物具有良好的杀虫效果。

       

      Abstract: In order to explore the possibility of application of cyclodextrins(CDs) in high-efficient pesticides utilization,environmental protection and other areas,the β- CD,HP- β- CD and Me- β- CD with chlorpyrifos inclusion complexes were prepared after filtration and drying according to phase transfer theory and coprecipitation.The inclusion intermedia and three kinds of liquid and solid inclusion complexes were qualitatively confirmed using UV spectrum,differential thermal analysis and infrared spectroscopy.The results showed that the molar ratio of chlorpyrifos to β- CD,HP- β- CD and Me- β- CD was all 1∶ 1 and the stability constants were K β- CD =33.33 L/mol,KHP- β- CD =343.8 L/mol and KMe- β- CD =461.63 L/mol.The spectral characteristics different from that of the chlorpyrifos indicated that chlorpyrifos were inclused in the cave of CDs and had formed stable complexes.The toxicity test showed that the LC50 value of the β- CD,HP- β- CD and Me- β- CD with chlorpyrifos inclusion complex against grubs in laboratory was 16.09,10.78 and 12.28 μ g/mL,respectively.The results indicated that β- CD,HP- β- CD and Me- β- CD could form a stable inclusion complex with chlorpyrifos,and insecticidal effects of these complex was good.
