    小菜蛾对毒死蜱敏感性的日节律变化及其机理初探

    Circadian rhythm in susceptibility of Plutella xylostella tochlorpyrifos and its possible mechanisms

    • 摘要: 采用生物测定方法研究了小菜蛾对毒死蜱敏感性的日节律变化,并从生化水平初步探讨了其机理。结果发现,一天之中,小菜蛾对毒死蜱最敏感的时间是10∶ 00和16∶ 00,最不敏感的时间是凌晨2∶ 00。对小菜蛾乙酰胆碱酯酶(AChE)、谷胱甘肽S-转移酶(GSTs)和羧酸酯酶(CarE)活性的离体测定分析表明,小菜蛾对毒死蜱的敏感性与这3种酶活性变化关系不大,而与小菜蛾的活动习性密切相关。

       

      Abstract: The circadian rhythm in susceptibility of diamondback moth (DBM),Plutella xylostella to chlorpyrifos and the relevant biochemical mechanism were investigated.The susceptibility of DBM to chlorpyrifos changes obviously depends on time of a day and the most sensitive time appears at 10∶ 00 am and 16∶ 00 pm respectively,and the least sensitive time appears at 2∶ 00 am.The biochemical study showed that the changes of specific activity of acetylcholinesterase (AChE),glutathione S-transferases (GSTs) and carboxylesterases (CarE) in P.xylostella were not related to the changes of susceptibility to chlorpyrifos.However the changes may relate to the daily activity habit of P.xylostella.
