    • 摘要: 控制释放剂是农药制剂新的发展方向,为了开发对生态与环境有益,储运安全性高,药效好,节省溶剂的高效拟除虫菊酯的控制释放制剂,研究了 β -环糊精( β -CD)对联苯菊酯的包合作用。采用液相法制备了联苯菊酯- β -CD包合物,并通过紫外光谱(UV)、差示扫描量热分析(DSC)、红外光谱(IR)及核磁共振(1H NMR)等分析方法对其结构进行了表征。通过UV和DSC确定了包合物的形成,用等物质的量连续变化法确定了包合物中联苯菊酯与 β -CD最大包合比为1∶ 1; 经IR和1H NMR分析推测:联苯菊酯- β -CD包合物是一种靠疏水作用和分子间作用力结合的超分子结构,包合过程未产生新化学键,包合作用对联苯菊酯的结构未产生影响,包合物是由联苯菊酯的苯环端从 β -CD的较大端进入 β -CD的空腔而形成的。

       

      Abstract: In order to develop new sustained and controlled release formulation,an inclusion compound of β -cyclodextrin with bifenthrin was prepared by means of liquid phase method,and characterized by UV,differential scanning calorimetry analysis (DSC),IR and 1H NMR.UV and DSC proved that the inclusion compound has been produced.The host/guest ratio of inclusion compound between the β -CD and bifenthrin is 1∶ 1 determined by Job’s continuous variation method.The structure of the inclusion compound was characterized with IR and 1H NMR spectrum.The results indicated that the association of the guest molecule with β -CD was favored by Van Der Waals force,hydrophobic interaction and hydrogen bonds,etc.Its proposed that the benzyl rings of bifenthrin enter into the cavity of β -CD through the wider rim,but the other residues of the molecule are not included.
