    Progress of the research on the nereistoxin insecticides

    • 摘要: 沙蚕毒素类杀虫剂是20 世纪60 年代开发兴起的一种新型有机合成仿生杀虫剂,具有广谱、高效、低毒等特点,而且作用方式多样,现已被广泛用于水稻、蔬菜和果树等多种农作物上害虫的防治。从结构和生物活性方面概述了nereistoxin类和guinesines类等沙蚕毒素化合物的发展现状及研究进展。

       

      Abstract: Nereistoxin insecticides as new biomimetic insecticides which were developed in the 1960s have been widely used for preventing and eliminating pest in rice,vegetable and fruit field as its high-effectiveness,low-toxicity and low-residue.In order to give an overview of significance of nereistoxin compounds with insecticidal activities,the structures and biological of nereistoxin,guinesines derivatives are introduced,which are classed according to the different types of pharmacophores.
