    松油烯-4-醇酯类衍生物的合成及杀虫活性

    Synthesis and insecticidal activity of ester derivatives of Terpinen-4-ol

    • 摘要: 松油烯-4-醇具有较高的生物活性,在前期研究基础上,以松油烯-4-醇为原料,对其羟基进行改造,合成了12个松油烯-4-醇酯类衍生物 Z1~Z12,其中Z3、Z4、Z8、Z9、Z10、Z11、Z12为新化合物。所有化合物的结构均经核磁共振氢谱、碳谱及质谱确证。初步杀虫活性测定结果表明:各化合物对粘虫均有一定的触杀作用,其中Z5 活性最高,其LD50值为0.072 8 mg/头,为松油烯-4-醇的1.32倍;除 Z9 外,其余11个化合物对家蝇均具有一定的熏蒸作用,但其毒力均低于松油烯-4-醇。

       

      Abstract: Terpinen-4-ol has been exhibited good biological activity.Based on the primary research,12 ester derivatives were synthesized with Terpinen-4-ol.The chemical structures of compounds were confirmed by NMR and MS.The Z3,Z4,Z8,Z9,Z10,Z11 and Z12 are new compounds.The preliminary bioassay results indicated that 12 compounds all showed contact activity against Mythima separata W.,among which Z5 had the highest activity with LD50 value of 0.072 8 mg/insect,11 compounds exhibited fumigation activity against Musca domestica L.,the fumigation toxicity of them was weaker than Terpinen-4-ol.
