    2-(2-氨基噻唑-4-基)-(Z)-甲氧亚氨基乙酸酯的酰胺及亚胺衍生物的合成及抑菌活性

    Synthesis and fungicidal activity of amide and imine derivatives of 2-(2-aminothiazol-4-yl)-(Z) methoxyiminoacetate

    • 摘要: 以乙酰乙酸甲(乙)酯为原料,合成了2-(2-氨基噻唑-4-基)-(Z)-甲氧亚氨基乙酸酯的酰胺和亚胺两类共13个衍生物,其中10个化合物未见文献报道,所有化合物的结构均经核磁共振氢谱(1H NMR)、红外光谱(IR)和电喷雾电离质谱(ESI-MS)确证。初步杀菌活性测试结果表明,所有化合物在质量浓度200 mg/L下对6种供试植物病原菌均有不同程度的抑制作用,其中化合物 mk-1 在200 mg/L下对小麦赤霉病菌Fusarium graminearum的抑制率达81.4%。

       

      Abstract: Thirteen title compounds were synthesized from acetoacetic ester,of which 10 derivatives were first studied.The structures of the compounds were characterized by IR,ESI-MS,1H NMR.The preliminary bioassays results showed that all compounds have differernt inhibition rates on plant pathogenic fungus mycelial growth at concentration of 200 mg/L and mk-1 gives special effect on Fusarium graminearum with 81.4% inhibitation rate at 200 mg/L.
