Abstract:
Bacterial wilt is caused by Ralstonia solanacearum, which imports toxic proteins essential for infective stage directly into the host cells by type Ⅲ and type Ⅱ secretion system. The regulated network of the two secretion systems, which mainly consist of Phc,Prh,EPS and Peh regulated networks was reviewed.Furthermore, the relationship between regulated network and the pathogenesis of R.solanacearum were illustrated. It provided references for further studying of the mechanism of the disease and searching for the pathogenic targets.
