    一元取代苯甲酸酯的合成与杀菌活性

    Synthesis and fungicidal activity of mono-substituted benzoic esters

    • 摘要: 以一元取代苯甲酸为原料合成了17个取代苯甲酸酯类化合物,其中有8个是新化合物,其结构均通过核磁共振氢谱和电喷雾电离质谱确证。精密毒力测定结果表明,3j对黄瓜褐斑病菌 Corynespora cassiicola、3l对水稻恶苗病菌 Fusarium moniliforme 的EC50值分别为22.80和12.34 mg/L。

       

      Abstract: Seventeen title compounds were synthesized from mono-substituted benzoic acid,of which eight derivatives were first studied.The structures of the compounds were characterized by 1H NMR and ESI-MS.The bioassays showed that the EC50 value of compounds 3j against Corynespora cassiicola was 22.80 mg/L and 3l against Fusarium moniliforme was 12.34 mg/L.
