    辽宁省稻瘟病菌对咪鲜胺敏感基线的建立

    Sensitive baseline of Magnaporthe grisea to prochloraz in Liaoning Province

    • 摘要: 2011年从辽宁省不同地区采集分离了81株稻瘟病菌Magnaporthe grisea,利用菌丝生长速率法分别测定了其对咪鲜胺的敏感性。结果表明:供试菌株中最敏感菌株的EC50值为0.008 8 μg/mL,最不敏感菌株的EC50值为0.178 0 μg/mL,敏感性差异达19倍。供试菌株敏感性频率呈近似正态分布,初步确定将所有菌株的EC50平均值0.071 0 μg/mL±0.041 0 μg/mL作为辽宁省稻瘟病菌对咪鲜胺的敏感基线。

       

      Abstract: 81 Strains of Magnaporthe grisea were sampled from different areas in Liaoning Province,and their sensitivity to prochloraz was examined by the mycelium growth rate method in vitro.The results showed that the EC50 value of the most sensitive strain was 0.008 8 μg/mL and the EC50 value of the least sensitive one was 0.178 0 μg/mL,which indicated a difference of more than 19 times.According to Gaussian distribution theory of wildly sensitive strains from field,the average EC50 value 0.071 0 μg/mL±0.041 0 μg/mL was the baseline-sensitivity of Magnaporthe grisea to prochloraz in Liaoning.
