    凝胶渗透色谱-固相萃取-高效液相色谱法测定花生中的吡唑醚菌酯残留

    Determination of pyraclostrobin residues in peanut and peanut hull by gel permeation chromatography-solid phase extraction-high performance liquid chromatography

    • 摘要: 对吡唑醚菌酯在花生仁和花生壳中的残留分析方法进行了探讨。样品采用乙腈提取、凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)结合固相萃取-氨基(SPE-NH2)小柱净化,高效液相色谱-紫外检测器(HPLC-UV)检测。结果表明:在花生仁及壳中分别添加吡唑醚菌酯标准品0.05、0.5和1 mg/kg时,其平均回收率分别为101.7%、86.5%和83.2%和98.1%、93.8%和85.3%,相对标准偏差分别为4.3%~8.1%和4.2%~6.0%。花生仁及壳中的最低检测浓度(LOQ)均为0.05 mg/kg。

       

      Abstract: A method for determination of pyraclostrobin residues in peanut and peanut hull was established.Target pesticide was extracted with acetonitrile,cleaned up with gel permeation chromatography(GPC) and solid phase extraction-amino(SPE-NH2)column,then detected by high performance liquid chromatography-ultraviolet detector(HPLC-UV).Recoveries of the pesticide spiked at 0.05,0.5 and 1 μg/g in peanut were 101.7%,86.5% and 83.2% and in peanut hull were 98.1%,93.8% and 85.3%.The limit of quantification reserched 0.05 mg/kg.
