    • 摘要: 环糊精具有外亲水、内疏水的空腔结构,该特殊结构使得其能与许多适合的客体分子形成包合物,从而改善客体分子的性能,因此被广泛应用于医药、农药和食品等领域。综述了环糊精、分子包合技术、环糊精包合物制备和表征方法及环糊精包合技术在多个领域的应用,具体介绍了环糊精包合技术在农药制剂加工中的应用情况,并对其在该领域的发展趋势和前景作了展望。

       

      Abstract: Cyclodextrins are water-soluble hosts that contain a hydrophobic cavity which is able to accommodate a variety of suitable guest molecules.Inclusion in these hosts results in many modifications to the properties of the guest compounds.So they are widely used in medicine,pesticide,food and other fields.Cyclodextrins,molecular inclusion technique,preparation and characterization of cyclodextrin inclusion complex and application in many fields of cyclodextrin closure technology were reviewed,along with a detailed discussion of the application of cyclodextrin closure technology in pesticide formulation processing,development trends and prospects for future were also discussed.
