Abstract
For the determination of triadimefon and procymidone in Allium tuberosum Rottl. ex Spreng., an analytical method was established by using gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (GCMS/ MS). The homogenate samples were extracted with acetonitrile, and induced using sodium chloride. Then the extracting solution was purification on carbon/NH2 column. Finally, the concentration was analysised by GC-MS/MS using the external standard method. The results showed that the average recoveries of triadimefon and procymidone were 84%-98% when the spiked levels were 0.01, 0.05, 0.1 and 0.5 mg/kg, with relative standard deviations (RSDs) in the range of 2.0%-7.3% (n = 5). The limits of quantitation (LOQ) for triadimefon and procymidone were 0.005 and 0.001 mg/kg, respectively. The method is viable for the detection of triadimefon and procymidone residues in A. tuberosum.
