Abstract
The photolytic and hydrolytic properties of thifluzamide under different conditions were investigated by using the indoor simulation test method. The results showed that the photolytic rate of thifluzamide, was much faster in alkaline solutions compared to that in the neutral and acidic solutions under ultraviolet irradiation. The photolytic rate of thifluzamide in different solvents followed the sequence:n-hexane >acetonitrile >methanol >ethylacetate >ultrapure water. The ferric ions, ferrous ions and humic acid could inhibit the degradation of thifluzamide. The fastest hydrolytic rate of thifluzamide was observed under the neutral conditions. The hydrolytic rate of thifluzamide could be accelerated by increasing the temperature, and the temperature coefficient was 1.39-2.23. The surface active agents CTAB and SDS could inhibit the hydrolytic rate of thifluzamide. The above results have provided a scientific basic for the environmental risk assessment of thifluzamide.
