The formulation of abamectin · pyraclostrobin · triadimefon 15% hot fogging concentrate was investigated in order to control powdery mildew and mite pests on the rubber tree effectively. The dissolution performance of three effective ingredients were tested. Two solvents were selected according to the dissolution performance of the solvents and the requirements of the flash point and viscosity of the hot fogging concentrates. The suitable surfactants were selected by comparing physicochemical properties of the solutions which contains both the active ingredients and surfactants. The related quality indicators of preparation were also studied to optimize the formulation of hot fogging concentrate. According to the screening experiments, the optimum formula of 15% hot fogging concentrate was 5% abamectin, 5% pyraclostrobin, 5% triadimefon, 54% triethylene glycol, 21% dimethyl formamide, 4% 500^#, 3% 600^# and 3% 700^#. The physicochemical characterization and storage stability were studied and the results showed that the abamectin · pyraclostrobin · triadimefon 15% hot fogging concentrate has transparent appearance, high flash point, low viscosity, great amount of smoke and stable in both cold and hot storage, which meets the national standards of the hot fogging concentrate. Potentially, this fogging concentrate can be used for the control of powdery mildew and mite pests on rubber tree in the field.
