    • Complex II is an essential component for cellular respiration chain and one of the most important targets of fungicides. In recent years, the application of fungicide which uses complex II as a target has been more and more extensive. Fungicides of this type play an important role in the protection of the original fungal flora of plant diseases. In this article, the structure of complex II and the mechanism of ubiquinone binding site were reriewed. We also summarized the types and structural characteristics of complex II inhibitors and introduced the latest research advances. The outlook of new complex II inhibitors development was provided.
