    Types of carrier materials and application research progress of pesticide controlled-release granules

    • As the continuous development of functional materials, controlled-release technology and processing technology, the traditional pesticide formulation granules radiate new vitality. Based on prevention scenes, labor-saving, efficient and multifunctional granules are constantly emerging. In the context of Zero Growth of Chemical Fertilizer and Pesticide Use proposed by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs of the People’s Republic of China, the development of controlled-release granules is an important and promising direction for improving the utilization rate of pesticides. According to the different preparation technology, granules can be divided into five types. This review has summarized the preparation principles, carrier materials, application progress and the selection principles of carrier materials of different types of controlled-release granules, and the prospect of controlled-release granules was proposed, which could provide a reference for the preparation of pesticide granules and the selection of carrier materials.
