Synthesis and fungicidal activity of substituted benzoic esters

Fourteen novel title compounds were synthesized from substituted benzoic acid and isoamyl alcohol.Their structures were confirmed by IR,1H NMR and GC-MS.The fungicidal activity was tested by bioassay method.The results showed that the activity of fourteen compounds against Botrytis cinerea,Piricularia oryzae and Rhizoctonia solani in vivo was better than that of the in vitro one.Especially,the control efficacy of compound 3j was 96.4% against B.cinerea,and 3e was 96.3% against P.oryzae under the concentration of 500 μg/mL.
