Stability of trifluro acetamide derivative products of abamectin and emamectin benzoate

The derivatization reaction effect of abamectin and emamectin benzoate would influence the residue analysis with high-performance liquid chromatography with fluorescence detection(HPLC-FLD).The impact factors including storage time of derivatization reaction solution and storage temperature were studied.The results showed that peak area of target compounds decreased sharply when the storage time of the derivatization reaction solution of abamectin and emamectin benzoate were longer than 180 min and 360 min,respectively.The derivatization reaction after 20 min,preserved the derivatization reaction solution at 4 ℃,the detected results were accurate when we detected abamectin and emamectin benzoate in 2 day and 3 day,respectively.When preserved at-20 ℃,the derivatization reaction products of abamectin and emamectin benzoate were stable within 5 day.Therefore,to strictly control the derivatization reaction time and temperature to ensure the accuracy of data detection.It's recommended that to strictly control the time and temperature of derivatization reaction is important for analysis in terms of derivatization product stability.
