Synthesis and insecticidal activity of novel chlorantraniliprole derivatives

A series of novel chlorantraniliprole derivatives were designed and synthesized based on the structure of chlorantraniliprole. All the compounds were confirmed by 1H NMR and MS. The preliminary results of insecticidal activities indicate that some of the compounds display certain insecticide activities against Plutella xylostella under 1 μg/mL. Compounds 5a, 5'a, 4'a and 4'd showed comparatively higher activity than chlorantraniliprole.
