Abstract
The degradation dynamics of triadimenol and its enantiomers in fluvo-aquic soil(organic substances content is 1.90%, pH 6.85)from Hangzhou city in Zhejiang Province, paddy soil(organic substances content is 1.63%, pH 4.94) from Jinhua city and red soil(organic substances content is 0.38%, pH 4.03) from Lanxi city under laboratory conditions were investigated. The results showed that half-lives of triadimenol were 56.4, 105.0 and 154.0 days in fluvo-aquic soil, paddy soil and red soil, respectively. The degradation rate of triadimenol at 180 days were 91.9%,79.2% and 57.7%, respectively. Triadimenol-A transformed to triadimenol-B twice and triadimenol-B transformed to triadimenol-A once in fluvo-aquic soil.Triadimenol-A transformed to triadimenol-B once and triadimenol-B transformed to triadimenol-A once in paddy soil and red soil. In conclusion, triadimenol enantiomers' degradation dynamics varied in different soils.
