Abstract
The results of synergism and biochemical mechanism research revealed that the activities of carboxyesterase and mixed function oxidase from house flies having moderate and high resistance to deltamethrin increased under different mode of pesticide application, but that of glutathion-s-transferase and acetylcholinesterase changed slightly. Affinity of acetylcholinesterase with substrates decreased under rotational and mixed application.
