SYNTHESIS AND FUNGISTATIC ACTIVITY OF O-(α-CYANO-3-PHENOXY)BENZYL THIOPHOSPHORATES AND THIOPHOSPHORAMIDATES

A series of thiophosphorates (I) and thiophosphoramidates (II) containing α-cyano-3-phenoxy-benzyl group were synthesized and their structures were confirmed by NMR and elemental analysis. The preliminary bioassay in vitro showed that the thiophosphoramides synthesized have good activity against Agrobacterium vitis. The relationships between the structures of I,II and their fungistatic activity were discussed also.
