STUDY ON SYNTHESIS AND QUANTITATIVE STRUCTURE-ACTIVITY RELATIONSHIP OF 1-AROYL-4-ARYL-2-t-BUTYL SEMICARBAZIDES

On the basis of benzoylphenylurea larvicides and the molting hormones and their mimics, a series of 1-aroyl-4-aryl-2-t-butyl semicarbazides were synthesized. Their structures were characterized by IR, 1H NMR-,MS and elemental analysis. The bioassay showed some target compounds had good insect growth regulating- activity. The quantitative structure-activity relationship have been established.
