A series of new 1, 3, 4-thiadiazo line derivatives containing nitroimino were synthesized by cyclization, nitration, alkylation with carboxylicacid and thiosemicarbazide. Their structures were confirmed by IR,
1H NMR and elemental analysis . The bioassay of all title compounds was carried out.
