Preliminary Research on Detection of Resistance of Apple Ring Rot (Macrophoma kawatsukai) to Carbendazim
Results indicated that the colony diameter test was the best methods for determ ination of resis-
tance of apple ring rot (M acrop hom a kaw atsukai) to carbendazim. The baseline of sensit ivity of M acrop hom a kaw atsukai to carbendazim is 3. 6×10- 3 μ g·mL - 1 according to this method.
