Synthesis of 6-Alkylthio-12H-Bromo and Chloro Substituted Dibenzo-d,g1,3,2-Dioxaphosphocin-6-Sulfides

The synthesis of new 4,8 dibromo(chloro) 2,10 dichloro(bromo) 6 alkylthio 12 H dibenzo d,g1,3,2 dioxaphosphocin 6 sulfides 6 was achieved in two steps with high yields from bis 2 hydroxy 3 bromo(chloro) 5 chloro(bromo)phenylmethane 4A(4B),triethyl amine and P 4S 10 which produced the key intermediate 4,8 dibromo(chloro) 2,10 dichloro(bromo) 6 mercaptao 12 H dibenzo d,g1,3,2 dioxaphosphocin 6 sulfide triethyl amine salt 5A(5B). Treatment of 5A(5B)with alkylhalides and KI led members of 6A(6B). 31P、 1H、 13 C NMR and MS of 6 were evaluated and discussed.The fungistatic activity of 6 were described.
