Appl ication of the Target Enzyme in In sectic idal Activity and QSAR Analysis

The relationship between QSAR of new synthesized subst ituted phenyl N -methylcarbamates and silicon-containing derivat ives and AChE activity ( in I50) of the CN S in Peripaneta am ericana was studied by using the screening model built our previous research. The results could be returned to chemical synthesis quick lyafter Q SAR analysis by CA SAR software, and provided some helpful informat ion and scientific foundation for new insect icide discovery with high efficacy and low toxicity.
