Synthesis of 5-Deoxy-5-Methylaminoavermectin B1and Insecticidal Activities
The new compound, 5 deoxy 5 methylaminoavermectin B1, was synthesized. Its structure was confirmed by IR, 1H NMR, 13 C NMR and MS. The preliminary bioassay showed that the compound possesses good insecticidal activity but the activity is less than that of avermectin B1.
