The Residue of Carbaryl in Brassica chinensis and Apple Determined by Method of Antibody-Immobilized Direct Competitive ELISA
-
Abstract
The method of antibody immobilized direct competitive ELISA was developed to monitor the residue of carbaryl in Brassica chinensis and apple. The results showed that the limit of detection was 0.4 ng/kg, the recoveries were 80.9%~116% and 86.7%~96.3%, the CV s were 9.62%~16.9% and 7.34%~11.4% at 0.100 mg/kg and 10.0 mg/kg spiking levels respectively. For the ELISA of carbaryl residue in real samples, the CV s were 6.89%~10.3%. The ELISA method is simple and rapid, the results from ELISA were well correspondent with those from HPLC.
