The Primary Study on Isolation and Identification of Antibiotic Phosphazomycin

In screening antibiotics for agricultural use, an active strain of Streptomyces SPRI-82715 was obtained and six compounds (PN-0, PN-1, PN-2, PN-3, PN-4, PN-5) with fungicidal activities were separated from the fermentation broth of the strain. The data of UV, IR, MS, NMR of the compound PN-2 have been analyzed, six substances belong to the classes of phosphazomycin. Identification of PN-2 was reported.
