Synthesis of O,O-Dialkyl α(3-camph-2′-yl ureido) Benzylphosphonates and Their Biological Activities (1.;2.)

A series of O,O-dialkyl α-(3-camph-2'-yl ureido) benzylphosphonates ( A ) were synthesized by the addition reaction of N-camph-2'-yl N'-benzylidene with dialkyl phosphite, or by one-pot method of aromatic aldehyde, N-camph-2'-yl urea with dialkylphosphite. The structures of all the new compounds obtained were confirmed by 1H NMR, 31P NMR, IR, MS and elemental analysis. The plant growth regulating activity of compounds A were evaluated.
