Research on Dynamic of Chlorothalonil Residue in Zhebei

The dynamic of chlorothalonil residue in leaves of Zhebei (Frifillaria thuubergii) and in soil was studied. Chlorothalonil was separated directly by a glass column filled with Chromosorb W/AW DMCS, coated with 1.5% OV-17 and 2.8% OV-210 and measured with a 63 Ni electron capture detector (ECD). Chlorothalonil recoveries in leaves,root and soil were 94.7% , 101.6% and 119.3% respectively. Half-life of chlorothalonil were 4.8 days in leaves of Zhebei, and 4.7days in soil.
