Advances on the Application of Supercritical Fluid Extraction Method for the Pesticide Residue Analysis
The theory and characteristic of supercritical fluid extraction (SFE), types of extract fluid, sample preparation, optimum extraction conditions and comparison among SFE, solvent extraction, Soxhlet extraction and sonic probe extraction were summarized; finally, the prospects for application of SFE for the analysis of pesticide residues were discussed.
