The Extraction ,Separation,Purification and Structure Identification of Antibiotic 94166- Ⅱ ,94166- Ⅲ

During screening antibiotics for agricultural use, an active streptocin strain SPRI-94166 was obtained, and five components with high bactericidal phytocidal and/or insecticide activities were separated from the broth of the strain. The spectra data of UV, IR, MS, NMR of two of these substances (94166-Ⅱ, 94166-Ⅲ) have been analyzed. They belong to flavone compounds. Identification of 94166-Ⅱ and 94166-Ⅲ was reported.
